Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet, Santa Rosa on Saturday, 2/6/09, 10am-6pm.
A complete packet will include the following: Bib#, pins, course map & tee shirt. Please review personal information and make corrections at this time.
All registered athletes must pickup their packet to receive a parking pass. Please carpool if you can with others that are registered to run. For every 1 person that rideshares an extra $6 goes to the Park fund.
Parking is available with pass at Oaks Knolls parking area. Directions: Summerfield, Hoen, left on Newanga, straight to the park entrance, turn right and go up the hill to parking. Cars that do not display a pass will be required to pay the $6 day use fee. Free parking is available at Howarth Park.
Packet pickup will be available starting at 7am at the Oak Knolls Parking area. Follow the signs at the Newanga entrance.
A bag check will be available on race day. Please use your pre-marked goodie bag for bag check. This will enable us to retrieve your belongings quickly after the race.
Gatorade and Water will be available at the Aid Stations and food will be available immediately following the race.
Emergency responders will be on site should the need arise.
The course will be marked with pink ribbons and orange cones at intersections. Periodically, during long stretches there will be a "feel good" ribbon. Please know the course before you begin.
The finish line will remain open for 3 hours. After that time we are not responsible to record your time, however there will be officials that remain at the finish area. Food, water and medical services will continue to be available.
Each finisher is eligible to receive a free raffle ticket at the Fleet Feet booth after the race. Many prizes have been donated for the raffle from Camelback, Fleet Feet Sports, Lagunitas Brewery and Tagliaferris Deli. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
